This is the new Mimaki JFX200 flatbed UV LED printer showcased at ISA in Orlando. This printer just raised the bar in my opinion as it uses LED for bulbs and has a 4x8 footprint and a price point around $78k!

Summa
We use a Summa S160T, you need this for the thick stuff. This is the ONLY cutter capable of handling this short of a Zund. I did my research!
If you order a Summa, have them put more hold down wheels...the max to help keep the media tracking. Also try to keep your lengths to a minimum...
We're building and designing powersports graphics and once we get the templates done, apply the graphics over the top, mask them and then add a cut contour, we would like to ungroup the pieces and be able to nest them. We also use Onyx for a rip program if we could use that to help. I'm new at...
Thanks for the feedback, sounds plausible. I cleaned the print heads twice and that seemed to help but then at the end of the print, I got a message to replace one of the heads. We had a head strike on a banner a week ago and I ended up replacing one head and still getting errors, so I swapped...
I'm trying to print up a olive drab wrap for a drift boat. It's just plain yuk drab green. It prints fine for the first 5 feet then it starts to band really bad. I cleaned the print heads and it worked fine for 5 feet then started banding again! I'm using IJ180. Onyx rip. Any ideas?
Thanks for the feedback! I'm looking at getting a UV Flatbed as well as a CNC Cutter. So you could have the coolest equipment in your facility, what would you want? Let's make this a team effort!
Thanks!

Just wanted to introduce myself, I'm Greg Painter and I just got in the sign and graphic business a year ago. I've been filming extreme motorsport movies for the last ten years and decided to get into powersport graphics so I took the plunge! One thing I learned when I was looking into...
Well, I'm now the 2nd FastSigns center in MT! Hoping to be up and running this spring. Just went to their convention and loved it. The people are great and business model is well thought out, it's gonna be good!
I'll film and document my journey and let you know how I do!

There's a lot of starving video professionals out there! I would also have liked to become a professional pilot, but they're a dime a dozen as well and most of them are starving too! Just trying to put my talents to work in this exciting industry and if I can help the manufacturers promote...
Thanks for your kind words Jack! Yes I'm going to try to go to the convention and talk to as many people as I can and get their input. I've done a ton of searching on the internet and I have to tell you, there isn't much bad press on FastSigns. I know their competitors do have some mud, but...
My number one objective is to open a profitable sign store, number two is to film my and document my journey, filming is my passion. I need to make a profit to feed my family and if FastSigns can help, that's the direction I'm going to take.
I like to research my choices and learn from others...
Thanks for everyone's help. I would still like to hear from some FastSigns owners out there.
A little history on me. I have been in the auto parts business for over 25 years, designed and built a really cool auto parts store. I have always loved filming and power-sports, so I started...
I'm looking into the FastSigns franchise and I'm curious how well you like being part of the FastSigns family? I'm new at this and have a lot to learn so I know FastSigns would be a great start.
Does it help to have the FastSigns name, the FastSigns sign out front and once your up and running...
I'm building templates for an ATV and have the pieces all laid out in order, added graphics then made a mask. I would now like to move/nest the pieces with the graphics on them so I'm not wasting material. Any easy ways?
Before I mask I could select within to arrange the different pieces but...
