Roland sp 300v would do the trick. It is only 30" wide. Or screenprint them. Either way you are looking at $10K in equipment.

Not worth it! It usually takes three hours for them to decide what color of shirt they want! Been there done that when we first got our printers!

I love Corel and have been using it since about 1992 or so. I do all of my design working in there, then send to SignLab to cut or Versa to print.

When I plot something I designed in Corel, I send it through my SignLab program. There is a plug-in for Corel to plot, but it is not a standard thing that comes with the Corel Program.

One of my former "employees" can get you any kind of license made that you want... he has at least six hmself.

I dictate my market. The older I get the more focused it becomes. I now turn down about half the stuff that walks in the door (or web-site). Since I am alone now I only do the fun jobs and anything that looks like too much work I turn down.

Corel is NOT a stand alone cutting program. You need a plugin to run the plotter directly out of it, like co-cut.

I wish my shop was not on the main raod in town (4,500 cars daily). I spent lots of time with people wanting $10 names on mailboxes and boat numbers. Lots of old ladies wanting ONE t-shirt printed, that takes an hour to explain why we don't do just one shirt. Lots and lots of tire kickers.

SignLab is a a rip off, I have used it since v2 and plan NEVER so spend the cash for an upgrade!!!!!!
