looks like routed/possibly miter/beveled panels (HDU, plastic, MDF), mounted to post, painted white, with an inset panel with paint/graphics applied on the top. +1 to ease of production, especially with higher quantities (than 1) involved.

+1 Pro line. comes standard with better graphics specs than the baseline model and, with illustrator/photoshop, you'll need all you can get! (especially if you want it to feel fast, by comparison to your desktop design station, for a good long time)

i'd imagine almost any cleaner would do the trick on coroplast. +1 to CLR, but I've removed almost anything conceivable from coro using RapidRemover/GooGone/citrus alternatives.
