Double check what Pat said above about the version. There are "full versions" that can only send to plotters, not assign print colors. There are also "layout stations" that can design, but not send to print...
Gilgamesh Bold (Regular) might be close enough. That looks like something generated from a stitching program, and it may have been slightly modified from original.
We would use 10mm Alumalite for that.
We also rivet letter track on that type of panel all the time, just have to be careful not to drill through to the other side.
We have had that same product in our shop (though it was years ago) and I am fairly positive that it came from Hang Ups Unlimited (See Rick's link) under the E-Z Frame Accessories category
Another vote here for the 3M SCPS-55 tape. We use it on all cut vinyl jobs that have an air-egress adhesive, including the 680cr reflective we use on ambulance work.
I also simply measure a known element, and scale up. The larger the measurement the better, as in a whole wall or vehicle wheelbase. The Illustrator clipping mask trick is very handy as well to scale up quickly.
I recently discovered this masking tape at Target. It's not exact but it's so far...
Cheap enough I just ordered one to try out. Our laminator is too much of a pain to web up to use app tape very often, unless it's 50 to 100 feet at a time.
Might decide to mount this a panel and then mount that with hinges to the end of a bench....

Same here. I do all variable data (like sequential numbering) with Versaworks' built in feature.
For sequential numbers I make a spreadsheet that generates them and then export to CSV in the size...
