Great news! I'm wondering if the failure is heat related (or a failure to resist heat damage) since they all seem to be on darker backgrounds which would have more of a heat buildup. I have seen similar degradation with Avery reflectives after a number of years also.

I am still using 3 and 4, but did you also try "convert to objects" after removing the text smart edit? In my version it is found by right click selecting the objects --> ReAction --> Convert to objects

This will usually happen eventually. I have also been able to reduce the yellowing quite a bit with some Soft Scrub (or similar abrasive cleaner) or a healthy amount of elbow grease.

We sometimes have to roll up for delivery, it's not really a problem, but I do have to make sure to pad it or at least cover the sharp edge on the end so it doesn't cut up the vinyl on the face when rolled.

This. I have the same machine and have run the same material successfully. You do really need to use all of the pinch rollers to help the material stay flat. I use a new 60 deg. blade from Clean Cut, weight is typically around 270 to 300 since the knife dulls fast so I have to chase the weight...
