looks like an alignment issue on the yellow. test draw should confirm this, you'll notice either a gap or an overlap of the yellow test pattern with the pattern next to it. find some cheap material that you don't mind wasting to run alignment procedures.

its the nature of black reflective... you can't really make black "glow" but all the reflective blacks seem to reflect a golden duranodic/silver. also true that it may have been printed. but be wary about printing black reflective, as you can easily wind up with a "black" that reflects...
