Damn I thought it would be for a bodice-ripper. Try checking out Ray Larabie's fonts: http://larabiefonts.com/ There's some retro-looking typefaces there. Love....Jill

  4. Helvetica question

The last batch of this kind of signs that I did were requested to be lettered in Arial. Usually they do ask for Hellvetica. Hellvetica actually looks better. I don't care which font it is as long as they pay me! What I hate is when they specify an unreasonable letter size. Love....Jill

  12. Removing Painted Letting From Glass

I would charge an hourly fee of $25. Get a good razor blade holder/scraper and a new box of single-edged blades. Put down a drop cloth, even tape it up under where you will be removing the lettering. Scrape off the paint, changing blades frequently. You do not want to scratch the glass. Bring...

  15. Another Master serie cutter issue......... GRRR

So what's it gonna be OP? Cheap signs on a cheap plotter for cheapo customers, or high-end signs made on a cheap plotter? I guess I Can't Understand Normal Thinking. Again, why would a better plotter guarantee better clients? Reminds me of a balding nerd driving an expensive convertible. No...

    Barber

Painted on a window in Mars, the owners have named this guy Charlie.
  17. Another Master serie cutter issue......... GRRR

How could the value or brand of a plotter make someone's work worth more? Even the biggest sign hack in the world will still make lousy looking signs on the world's best plotter. And I doubt any client gives a rat's ass as to what type of plotter produces their signs. Just had to chime in...
