    NO WAY I would let my customers put that on a shirt or sign. That is stupid. If they insist on it, I would tell them to go somewhere that does crap work, cause it wouldn't come out of my shop....

    I voted it because there are alwas PITA's that want "just a little change here" then "a little change there" all until it looks like the first design you gave them....That is my wasted time.   14. Can i span .040 aluminum 4ft??

    Yes! If you bend a 1" lip on the top and bottom and glue foam to the back. Also you wil need to put a peice of .040 on the back of the sign. Makes a nice rigid sign. Or use some 1/4" max max-metal or alumalite.

    We do cards through e-mail all the time. The scammers usually ask about paying alot more than even worring about what the signs say. Are you in personal contact with them besides the e-mail? If so I wouldn't worry as much. If they are in Africa DON'T DO IT!!!!!

    We use Max-metal, and would price these at $125 each printed one side.
  19. Converting t-shirt conveyor dryer to UV curing

    Buying a used one will be cheaper, easier, and you know it is going to work. I have never owned a UV print system, but know people who have them. Neat stuff, who would think light can cure ink that fast.

    We get shirt scams from people using the tele-promt phone for blind people. They call about 4-5 times a years. I get's old.
