  1. What The Harrisville?

Because of the pattern of the turns in the gold, I am also inclined to believe that this was hand leafed. As stated, You will probably have to doctor up some close font. Try searching for fonts with a keyword of "flare" style serif.

  4. Versacamm trouble finding registration dot!

I set the knife directly over the spot I have marked here with the pink X, and hit basepoint. Always work a treat. Things that you should also do: -When doing the print run, set the basepoint inboard a little. I like to use a minimum of .5" or 1" if possible. -Don't use the "center on media"...
  5. Product Review - Cheap Deburring tool worth its weight in gold

We have used metal files for at least 10 years and I am sick of them, though they do work fine. Since it was fairly cheap, I just ordered this, will report back later on how it stacks up. Thanks!

3M's high performance ElectroCut vinyl works well for small stuff. It has the synthetic mylar backing.
  10. Looking for 72" x 96" material

I don't happen to know of any, but I do know that Sintra PVC is available at about 80" x 120" x ¼" though that may not be appropriate for the job at hand.

MARKER ...possibly slant added. Only found within Gerbers software unfortunately.
  18. Sintra

A lot of the suppliers have switched to Kometex or another similar brand, but Sintra is certainly still manufactured and available, even at the 19mm/.75" size. Bear in mind if you are cutting it that it does contain lead. (which is why so many have switched away)
  19. Gerber Venting....

Exact same problem here. We have 1 XP machine (the RIP) and I have to reboot the main server machine (Win7) 2 or 3 times a week so the XP machine can connect. I think it runs into a limit of how much data can be fed to it. One of those things where finding the solution takes more time than...
