Most likely the blade tip broke off when it it the cut strip. That would cause the corners to not look so good. Also, if there is a groove in the cut strip now, that will cause some of your cuts to have a perforated effect because the blade is bouncing around rather than cutting smoothly.

Have you changed a head recently? It looks like the physical alignment it off in the x direction. If you have a service manual you can run all of the mechanical alignments and that should fix your issue. PM me if you need a manual.

It's most likely a blown main board. Disconnect the power supply from the main board and turn the machine on again. If the power supply fan turns on when the main board is disconnected, your main board is fried. If the power supply fan does not turn on, it could be a bad power supply.

Satellites are what you see in the Onyx print provided by OP. Basically nozzles that fired outside of where they are supposed to.

+1 If the satellites don't show up when variable dot is turned off, you most likely need a new head. Variable dot uses a more precise firing pattern and is the first function of the head to fail when there is an electrical failure.
