Is the cartridge almost empty? Also, the hose at cap to pump can sometimes come loose over time, the rubber can swell just a bit. Snip off a 1/4 inch and reattach
  7. Roland sp300-i & sp540-i

There are still 2 heads like yours, and a few improvements such as belt driven vs wire driven, the capping station, and ink delivery plumbing. I feel the reason for the change was mainly due to the fact that the whole production line had to be changed from Sp540v to VP540 and back again...

If they didnt buy it from you, I assume tech support comes with a cost! I couldnt agree with you more. It seems we are pushing the "Buy Local" theme today! When I get a quote, and they ask how much tech support is, my reply is "priceless". You arent just buying the product its also the...
  14. Matthew Scher from SAI whats the deal???????

I honestly feel for Matt in this economy, not ever hearing his name in the industry before regardless. My only comment to frustrated Flexi users is this, ITS NOT THE ONLY PRODUCT OUT THERE. People quickly buy this product because of marketing and industry brand presence. Just like no one asks...
  15. Bordeaux Prime Eco Ink VS. Roland Ink Vs. Warrenty

If nothing more, its piece of mind, sleeping sound at night knowing your printer is covered by the folks that made it. Although "E" works for my competitor, I cant dispute a word. Just stay on your side of the street! :goodpost: Keep warm "E", this weather is nutz!

Just curious Artiep, but did you get any training at all when you bought the SP300v? You sound like you were really left in the dark!

Your yellow cart is empty. pull it and replace it. If you have changed the caps and dampers, you have a faulty "empty" yellow cart that is filling with magenta. Its a sort of reverse vacuum thingie when a cart is empty but dosent register empty

Its the flaked coating powder that kills the boards from the data cable slapping back a forth. you can...
