also, you need to make sure that you change it is ONYX also or what ever it is that you use. you can go to printer settings and i think its the media tab. there will be a place where you can type in the new #

do you have an image "placed" into the design. sometimes when you place a file in illustrator is prints a strange unseen block color...

maybe you have solved this problem already but.. when I have that problem i usually go in and manually color correct in preflight. ( i dont have a roland ) i usually even out the c m y k like if its gray 35 35 35 etc.

I am currently at the end of my day long crisis of figuring out what is going on with my Onyx Postershop. I uploaded the new version after deleting my old. Everything is running great but all my old Media Profiles are gone. Does anyone know how to get them back or how to upload new ones...

I processed a job. As usuall... and as it is coming out incredibly slow. its set to 8pass fast 720-720 I printed the same job yesterday exact same settings no problem.. what could be causing this... anyone??? please and thank you in advance
