If your prints are too long I find that adds to the error tolerance. On my sp540 I run lots of small decals and when the files are set up I make it work to my advantage. I'll print across the whole width with 200 stickers fitting in a 3' long piece. I also put a bleed on the decal with the cut...
Unfortunately there is no program that has hands that come out of the screen and help apply the wrap. Or design it for you for that matter.
The answer to that question is whatever the experienced designer uses is the latest in technology.
Skill always win.
Oh yea, I barely even stock any vinyl colored vinyl anymore.... Only black and red. haha.

I can print and hammer 20 2' x 2' signs before your rapid tac will be dry enough to peel that wet nasty tape :)

Fuses are soldered to the main board on the stupid old rolands. I'd bet $5 it's just the fuse. Obviousley nothing is going to come out of that printhead with no power. Send it out to get fixed from the company you found or buy a new board.
I have a magenta line that prints at both edges of the print. only fires on the pass coming back to the capping stations, and obviously on bi-directional.
