I know there are a lot of companies out there distributing pens. I have used a few of them and it has come back to bite me in the a@* because the quality is so bad. Can anyone recommend a company that makes good quality writing utensils across the board. Paul

Out of the blue my Versaworks will rip a job, go to print..it starts to process and after 30 seconds it disappears from the que. Has anyone ever have this happen? I reset everything 4 times but nothing seems to help. Paul
