If you already have CorelDRAW, then a piece of software that I recommend is EuroSystem's CoCut, which can be run from Corel and has interface drivers for most of the plotter-cutters on the market, including all of the GCC plotters. (Had my Jaguar II for about 6 years now and that's how I drive it.)
