Don't get the Daige or Royal Sovereign. I have had both and neither are worth it. I now have a MVT-6000 for U.S. Tech. Great machine and you won't break the bank buying one.
We bought one last year and are very happy with it. We had an issue at first and Dave sent us a new part that we swapped out and have had no issues. We have the MVT-6000. Can't beat the cost or ease of use. I still have 54" Royal Sovereign and have fought with it for the last 10 years.
Try pulling in from the lines that go into the pump. There is a wishbone connection where the lines meet before they go into the pump. With a syringe pull the ink thru the line and that will start the ink flowing thru the head. Black and Cyan are the same head and line.
what is the best vinyl to use for football helmets. They are for .75 stickers. The coach gives them to the player when they do something good. The players stick them all over the helmet. I will probally print and countour.
I always had problems with the 11/10 cartridges, so no surprise 20/20 is the same thing. I switched to solaris and so far so good. No ;problems with the cartrides or the ink.
I've recently masked 4'x8' cut vinyl in R.S. 55" Laminator. The trick is to get the mask started thru 1st with a corex sled then make sure you run it at 3 speed tops. I had no messups this way
