You should be able to since Oracal 3850 is a calendered product. You can always place cast on calendered, calendered on calendered, cast on cast, but you never want to do calendered on cast. The shrink rate will cause the overlam to pull the vinyl causing it to curl.
What type / manufacturer of LED? It could be an assembly issue rather than a wiring. If the LED has visible screws that connect the board to the case, those screws could be either torqued down too much or too little causing a break in the circuitry.
I've been using the 3751ra for about 1 1/2 years and never had any problems with it. We go through about 2.5 rolls a month and I think we must have missed out on the "bad lot" also. It's great stuff, and I wouldn't ever want to go back to 3M!
It depends on what media you are using. It can also depend on the print speed. There are lots of thing to make it that way anything from ink drop out to having gone into the service mode and not gone all the way out. Have you checked to make sure you don't have a bad cap or ink drop? I have a...
I know it can be done but it's been so long since my flexi class that I just can't remember how to go about it. I'm trying to layout a menu board with (3) colums. How do I do this? Anyone?
One thing you have to watch out for in versaworks is color matching. In our experience if we want to print something that is a pantone color the customer had decided on or we want to enter in the values of CMYK we have founf versaworks tends to not throw down enough ink even with the correct ICC...
You should call Grimco, they are pretty close to you (Charlotte) and the price point is great. Plus have the ones shaped like golf balls and even have attaching Tee stands.
You can but it's not ideal. The material would be held in place by the vaccum table. As to the set up question, it all depends. You can buy flatbed printers that are hybrid which allows you to do both.
I'm not sure if your machine is like mine (xc-540) but on mine if I enter into the menu>system info>network>IP address it tells you what your IP address is. Hope this helps
I use the Raleigh, NC branch. We've been doing business with them for a while now. Infact the guy that sold us our machines, we've been dealing with him for atleast 12 years. Great service. We had a problem with our machine and instead of being down for 2 weeks until the field service rep from...
not sure if this is what you are wanting to do but if you select it, go to bitmap, vectorize>bezier it will trace the image. Then take the traced image uncompound it, assign the color red and I think you will have what you were asking for.
Just wondering if anyone on here has this machine or even the JF-1610. We are in the market and it's come down to the JF-1631, the 1224 from Gandi, and the Arizone from Oce. Any input on the JF-1631 from someone thats running one or knows someone that is would be really appreciated.
