We just bought a Graphtec FC-8000 and its very tempermental. We design and print with Flexi 8.6 to a VP540. Most things are laminated so the cutter must be able to read crop marks and align cutter Cutter must also be 52-54" wide.

Anybody else having trouble with the ARMS system. We have about a 50/50 chance of it finding the marks the first time. We print on a VP540 using Flexi for the rip.

We recently purchased Flexi 8.1 with key and just recieved our upgrade disks to 8.5. How hard is the upgrade? Are there any known issues with 8.5? Just trying to eliminate any possible down time. Thanks Paul
