When I am cutting in cut server its placing a "weed border" around each print. Is there a way to turn that off. I am running Postershop 7.2 and Onyx Cut server. I have never seen this before but it is messing up my cut path. Any help would be great. thanks

its not the file, it looks like a head strike but usually we can stop that by making sure we hold the material tight with the take up reel. Any other suggestions?

I have a mutoh lt ultra 64 inch. The print has problems with black ink. It looks like everytime the heads reach the left side of the print it drips or drops black ink into the print. Here is a picture. We have tried manuel cleaning the heads and squeeges and we have ran multiple cleanings...

Its in the Mutoh software I have a toucan lt and it works great. JV3 & 5 are great printers also but I went with the Mutoh after talking to a couple of shops that have a jv3 and a LT. Both very good printers.

Mutoh Toucan LT

One of the guys here have hit a button on the printer when he was switching out material and now it is stops printing at about 36" (width) I have 54" material in there and I do not know what he did so any help would be great. thanks

I have a customer that wants this font any help would be great!!!

We have a toucan LT. go to cleaning (F4 on the LT) then press where it says normal and that should change it to powerfull(f2) then hit enter. I hope this helps.
