Im pretty sure that is a rFactor model and skin, which has been modified in photoshop then rendered in any basic 3d program (although from memory the rFactor models use 3ds Max)

As in torquing the roller left/right as you roll it down the table from one side? I notice with a lot of the other roller tables they have a gantry type design for the roller to sit in.
I'm curious because I am seriously looking at making one of these myself as a project on the side.

what sort of printer do you have?
with the roland eco-sol's, you can tape the little tab which sticks out to fool the printer into thinking it has ink. You'd be suprised how much you can get out still. Obviously though I wouldn't recommend doing it on the regular to squeeze more $$$ ;)
I've found that outgassing isnt really an issue for simple jobs, ie. flat panel signs, however when the time comes to wrap something the difference between an outgassed print and one straight from the printer is huge. In the few instances where we've had to laminate instantly I haven't noticed a...
