I would use clear , the sign will pop much more. I have used the translucent white and you right it looks dingy etc.

Well I went out and bought 12 2" corner rounders and will see how that works. But, seriouly I thought some company might make the blanks. So we are going to make them ourself. Thank you all for your suggestions and even 12 2" corner rounders.

We have the same computer and software for the Gerber that we were running at our old shop with the exception of some new software for our Epson GS6000. The Epson is running on a ethernet cable and has a static IP address. All of which was setup by our vendor when the the Epson arrived. Thanks, Tom
