Wasatch does do seperations, cost is a factor as the wider the printer is the more the Wasatch rip will cost. We are yet to have any limitations with the Flexi RIP

You can run separations from Flexi production manager, we run all our film with an epson 9600 (jet film) works great, We do high quality 4 colour work on 2880dpi single pass 65 line dot 45 line dot for textiles. If you have the correct film the opacity isn't an issue

Hi, Does anyone use flexi 7.6 production manager for running film positve separations for screenprint? I'm am having trouble running PMS spot colours from pdf files, I can run them from EPS files but not PDF, I have been converting spot colours to 100% black to get by.

If you are going to be printing that size sticker on a regular basis, have you considered screen printing (out sourced) I am in the same boat with these machines, consider that you will upgrade you digital printer far sooner than your cutter. I'm sure Mutoh will have an even faster / wider...
