Thanks everyone - We've cleaned the encoder strip. We have cap tops on order. Maybe we'll get a new pump on the way today too. We've noticed that once we get it going well, we can print continuously just fine. As soon as it sits for more than 15 minutes, it's back to the ghost images.

Having some issues with printing "ghost" images. Prints are coming out fuzzy - double/triple images off to right. Performed a THOROUGH manual cleaning of printheads, replace wipers, cleaned out guts completely. Only thing that will fix the problem is a Powerful Clean from the menu. First...
