Have been looking at the FB500 and FB700 for a while. My sign business is 5+ years old and we have two mutoh 64 roll printers. Im wanting to do more printing and less installs. What are the best options as far a finance or leasing? Can a smaller business gain the business to pay for this big of...
We used Wypet from Fellers. Its a 2mil dry erase overlaminate. It has a very thin backing but works well on our laminator. We just did (4) 4x8 prints and went down without a problem. We also use this when we do the large printed checks for customers. Would never recomend putting down by hand.
I have attached a picture of a wrap idea that i would like to do on a vette. We have wrapped many vehicles, but do not know how they print that effect. I see that there are other wraps out there that has a flat base with what seems to be a gloss pattern in the background. Any ideas of how to do...
I have some acrylic letters from Gemini with the clear pad mounts. I have the clear acrylic stips that these letters have to be glued to for the couragated building mount. Has anyone glued these before, and if so I would like to know what glue you used. Gemini said I needed to have acrylic glue...
Thanks for the reply's. I took the cartridge back to fellers and they swapped it out. I installed it and problem fixed. They are also sending me some new cards to keep in stock for free just incase this happens again.
:thankyou:
I have a mutoh 1614 and the yellow ink was to be changed. I opened a new ink and inserted it. The screen display came up and said y not original. Has any had this problem? Should I return the ink and get another one? Any help would be apreciated.
Thanks:

I to myself have a single fiberglass bucket truck and have a 6' x 10' backlit sign face to install this week. I would appreciate any photos of fixtures that would help me install these type of panels. Thanks for your help.

I have solved the problem thanks to rooster. I changed the heat settings to 45 50 50. When I changed from 42 44 50 to 45 45 50 the issue was still there and when I went to the 45 50 50 it cleared up. Printed 3 46.5"w x 86"l banners and they look great. Thanks again for all of the input...
Im using this material on retractable banner stands. Im just having problems with pinch roller marks on the material. Rollers are clean as well.
Thanks
I have a Mutoh 1614 and trying to print for the first time on fellers pop-up banner material. Im having trouble with getting pinch roller marks on the print. I soaked the rollers last night for three hours and then let them dry, so rollers are clean. I changed heater settings on pop-up profile...
I have a sample roll of Solvex white static cling vinyl and I'm playing with it for the first time. I'm looking for some profile suggestions or tips from others who have used this type of material. Im using a Mutoh 1614 and Wasatch for my rip. Any help would be appreciated.

Just curious how you handle your payroll to your employee. The cost of using a outside payroll company is expensive. Thanks for any and all of your input.

Looking to buy a trimmer of some type and would like to know from some of you which ones have worked well. I have considered the trimmers from Foster. They sit on a stand and will just be used for trimming up decals after they have been contour cut. Any input would be appreciated. I would like...
From what I can see it looks like one of two things. Either paper feed adjust or media tracking. Have been running the Mutoh 1614 for some time and have had no issues. You sometime have to readjust your paper feed adjustment because materials can vary. We have set up a setting for each and every...
