Hi All, The "replace sponge" message is coming on my SP300. I have the new sponge and have watched the Digiprint video on replacement. With the printer turned off, How do I move the print head out of the way? Or, do I go to the "clean" mode while leaving the printer turned on? Thanks

I am using Wasatch 6.3 with a Roland SP300. When ever I send a file to the RIP that is only a cut line, no color or printing, the material feeds out (Slowly) to its full designed length then cuts. Is there any way to speed this process up, perhaps skipping the pre-feed? Thanks, Chris

I have imported a bitmap in Flexi, used the transparency tool to remove the background, and then export to a png,pdf,jpg and eps. When I import the file into Corel X7 (X5) I cant seem to pick up the transparent background. Any thoughts?
