    I have some vinyl that has some spots that the adhesive is missing. Not large areas but it is in a line of script and several spots are not sticking because of the missing adhesive.     I am re lettering a pan face and someone has painted pink harts on the back side of the sign. Is there any way to get them off without destroying the coating? What can be used to repair places in the coating that has been damaged? I don't know why anyone in their right mind would paint...
