    I have fixed the no capping problem - thanks... now when I turn on my printer, first message is "confirm paper type"... then the paper starts to feed through nonstop...when the whole roll is through..it says undefined paper.... anyone know what's happening?

    thanks for that! how about the dampers? What can I use to clean the dampers? I have tried using a syringe but I blue up the damper and ruined the plastic cover.

    How can I clean dampers when the ink has dried in them? Also the Print heads has not been used for ages... can I still wash and use them again? Sorry got myself an old printer and came with these problems. Thing is it costs too much to get new dampers and headprints.
