Would any of you'll suggest an online company that could make a couple of lexan panface blanks for me to add vinyl to? I realize that freight will be added to the purchase but I live in the middle of nowhere and would have travel a few hundred miles to get some made anyway.

Is there any thickness or level of translucency that you would recommend? Here is a night time picture of the sign.

A church is needing to replace a sign that I believe is fiberglass that is translucent and corrugated as shown below. The other pic shows approximately the shape of the fiberglass. I'm guessing the sign is 40-50 years old. They asked me if I can replace the translucent boards with something new...

I'm needing to order 24" x 24" white aluminum sign blanks with rounded corners and holes in all four corners. If not, I will drill the holes myself. Does anyone have a good supplier for these sign blanks with or without holes?

Need some help. As I'm getting older the back is making it tougher to apply app tape to my vinyl graphics. Leaning over a table all day is tough. Our school was just donated a HP designjet 500 42" printer. I want to be able to print posters for our school teachers and the principal said to find out (on average) it costs to print a full color square foot and work from there. We want the teachers to use their budget to help pay for the ink...

Does anyone know of a good vendor for real estate sign frames? They are going to be for oilfield location signs and will be placed in dry ground conditions so they will probably need a step type bar towards the bottom for insertion into the ground by foot similar to the one below. Thanks!

The local golf course wants me to make about 50 "return to cart path" signs but I'm worried about how the golf course lawn chemicals will effect the adhesion of the vinyl to the aluminum. Does anyone have any experience with this? Thanks, Darrin

I'm going to be using poly-metal as the main substrate and I will be using "J" and "H"...
