Try a CleanCut Blade and you'll never want anything else. The 60 degree blade will cut anything you need to cut, one blade does it all, forget about changing blades again. Alphonse43

Dave most distributors are the same I've had the same problems with another brand. I was told you must have received old stock, the "European Brand" we now only sell the "US Brand" it's far better, When they replaced the rolls it did exactly the same thing, it's whatever they want to tell you...

On the odd occasion it hasn't backed up, so I now save my file every 5 minutes or so, that way I don't lose too much. It's a very memory hungry program, try not to have anything else running in the background. Alphonse43
