    I know The problem is Epson must not have any field techs, sub-contract to printer/copier repair people. Been here 2 days still not fixed and not sure what's wrong. Replacing parts.

    Don't do it! My Epson is down for the 2nd time in a year, spent $3000 last August and doing same thing now. Tech has no clue what he is doing and Epson estimate the repair at over $3000, before he even saw the machine.:omg:

    Don't buy Epson. Had mine 4 years in Nov. and is down again, same problem I paid $3000 last year to have fixed! Tech here now and has no clue what he is doing. Buy anything but Epson, worst machine I have ever had, been in sign business for 25 years.

    I have had problem with head strikes and tracking on 54" banner material , had printer over 3 years. Epson has given up and doesn't return my calls anymore. This doesn't happen on 30' banner material or vinyl. Epson did install add on tensioner, but didn't help. Anyone have any ideas?

    Has anyone figured an average cost to print per squre foot on vinyl using the Epson GS6000? I know my vinyl cost but I am confused about the actual ink cost. Thanks for any input. Love this machine so for had it 6 months and it runs everyday.

    looking for vendor

    I am looking for a vendor to produce these signs or at least the sign blanks. They are 22" x 30" x .063 aluminum, double sided, they are painted now but I could do them with my printer if I have the blanks. I need 30 to start but this is an on going project and they buy them each year. Thanks...
