there seems to be no overlap at all. granted we have to nip the edge off the print when we cut it down, but we add bleed room around the edges for that, and i'v checked and made sure he didnt cut off an inch and an 1/8th of each panel haha. Just a random occurance I suppose, life happens...

i dont know about on jv4's, but on our jv 3's and 33's there are two little screws on the front of the carriage, if you tighten them up it raise's the head higher off the paper. you get better quality from having carriage set to thin, but you also run a higher risk of head strikes and messing up...

I'v heard that in extreme circumstances you can use one of those ink line priming syringes filled with some cleaning solution to push cleaning solution threw the head. I'v never tried it, I'd be carefull about it because I'd think too much pressure could probably hurt your head if you pushed too...
