3551 does not match with 210 If you look at the Orajet Inkjet Selector Guide - 215 is the least expensive option that matches 3551.

There is a typo in the color chart FYI: (based on vertical surface exposure) 6 years colors, 4 years transparent & metallic, 3 years Brilliant Blue

They are the same material. 3164 has a clear water based permanent adhesive and 3165 has a gray solvent based permanent adhesive. 3165 also comes with a rapid air version for easier application. FYI 3651 is the digital version of 651. I hope this helps.

I would use Oracal 3551 Rapid Air and 290 Laminate. The combination is close to 5 mil (easier Installation) and it will hold over rivet. Your prints should be let to cure overnight before you laminate. (I work for Oracal) The ICC Profile is on our website.
