when you go to the program from the program list and click on illustrator 10 it will try to open and then it pops up missing shortcut click cancel it pops up another missing shortcut and on and on and on.

I changed the short cut in the pref section by accident now I can't get back into it to change it back.

this is dumb I know but where do I turn off the color correction?

I am trying to print a TRUE yellow / process yellow color why in the heck does it have red dots? I am using rasterlink pro and have selected the pantone color process yellow do I need to do something else or am I just stuck with red dots in my yellow?

I am looking for a roll of AVERY Jungle Green. Does anybody know of a supplier who would have this in stock? Fellers, Advantage, or a local guy do not have it. Any help would be great.... Or if somebody knows of a different brand that has the same color that would be great also.

We are having trouble with cyan on our jv3 it will print on half of the test print but WILL NOT PRINT when we send just a test print cyan? Any help would be great.

I pulled the cover from the heads/damper area... On the cyan I only see ink in one line the other seems to have ink and the dampers on top of my magenta head seem a little loose compared to the others any ideas? of what to try I looked at the pumps and they seem to show ink in them.
