this is a bi-directional print correct? have you tried on uni? does the same problem occur?

something came loose, or you jarred the capping station out of position...for instance, if the capping station if too high or too low, there is not the proper seal on your head to pull the ink properly...or, as someone stated earlier...a tube may have come loose somewhere...most likely the waste...

check the vendors website for more drivers maybe...

did you get any ink on the ribbon cables? you dont have the blue ghost on your test print...you could try running a check pattern and see if you get the ghosting if not, that means that somewhere between the rip comp and your print head, info is being jumbled up...my suspicion if that you got...

you need to get a tech out there to check it out and see, sounds like a power issue... and no im not even a tech anymore so im not trying to sell anything...lol

yeah i didn't look at the media comp pic...you def need to do a head wash and if that doesn't take care of it your heads are going to need replaced i would suspect...is this a used machine??

did you tri printing on uni directional? that looks like reversed banding from bi directional printing to me... the colors are totally off, but they are correct...

i am having same issue, thinking it may be profile related at this point...same file with a tweaked color value in preflight and there was no streaking...

make sure its capped, and pull gently on the syringe, you can collapse the head if done incorrectly or you are too rough on it...

colecreations is exactly right...just be careful, you dont want to use inks that are months upon months upon months old...
