I have had that happen twice since the newest VersaWorks update but never before. I need to uninstall and reinstall and hope that corrects the problem. It seems to be fairly random though. It happened once on a long print with multiple panels and once on a 4x6 banner.

Using Flexi 8.1 on Windows 8 without issue. I don't use production manager on this machine though so I cannot speak to potential issues with that. Works fine on our Win7 Box though.

Another vote here for Peachtree!! We use them exclusively for our foam stuff. We did one just last week through them and it was amazing :) We have never done a tall pylon but have done a few elevated off the ground and they are beautiful still years after.

yeah a vacuum table will work the best ... other than that, you can cover the side facing the table in standard vinyl mask tape and then banner tape it to the table. You just have to make sure your depths are correctly in order to not cut thru that mask
