you can change the captops, I think that will do it you can also change the lines that go from the pump to your capping station and from pump to drain bottle . I had something similar happen and it was the line that goes from the pump to the captops. Squeae the line and see if they are hard...

Ever since I updated my version of versaworks whenever I send a file with print and cut. One side of the cut line disappears . like it cuts off part of the cut line. the work around has been making a bounding box around the cut line so that it cuts that off but still leaves the inside line...
