Here is what the test print looked like after performing a manual cleanand the powerful clean. Am I interpreting this correctly that the machine has three plugged lines? I am using the Roland Ink cartridges.

tried new tape by us banner, problem solved on hemming. Will try a test on seams to see how it holds up!

Thanks for the tip, biiboard mode looked great and was smokin fast. I found the banner tape not to work very well though. I am having these sewn. The test ones I did the tape seperated by the next day. I did some testing with pvc glue and it held suprising well. Messes up the ink though.

View through vinyl profile? I will be printing on us banner 8oz material with liner using the xc-540. :thankyou:

use the material hold down clamps. clean your machine on auto setting first, then manual clean if still a problem. In printer settings you can set speed and raise head heighth.

I use the tape as well. I have also seen outdoor banners seamed with this to put sections together. Any one have experience with this? I need to print some 6' banners on my 54" machine. :thankyou:
