Of course our service contract ran out the day after we started having this problem.
The yellow ink does not print a drop. I have run all the maintenance that I know of --- soaked the caps over night and still cannot get anything to come out.
Any help would be much appreciated.

It must be scam day ... we just received 2 calls, one from a call relay service, and another one asking us to print 40 banners and ship to Budapest.

We charge for time spent looking for the images. Our GD will also work up proofs with 2-3 images from istock (before we buy) and let the customer pick.

Sorry about your loss. Our family dog passed away over the summer, it was tough seeing the old man cry when we were burying her. He got a new dog from the shelter a few months later, and I catch him calling him the old dogs name.
Did anything ever come of this job? I only ask because we are moving into a new space and we may be able to put some graphics up on a concrete brick wall.
I just took over the printing roll and am having trouble printing a retractable banner. We have an HP9000 and we are printing to Lexjets 9 Mil Display Film ... I printed it last week and there is some very light banding going on throughout the piece ... I did all the calibrations and cleaning...
