    Need Help CJV30 Cutter Lock

    During start up and when it try to cut off it does not unlock the cutter head and causes an Y overload or a cutter lock error, but it works fine during pinch wheel setup, found this video online and its the same problem I have.. Thanks

    anyone every run into this? it seems to be the cyan is firing 1/64 before the rest of the colors so it leaves a blurry image.

    I have a BN20 and yes you need to set color management in Versworks to Sign&Display or Max Impact to get the color you want.
