We had to replace the df41723 ribbon cables that run back and forth with the print head that got cut and shut the printer down. Then we had it running when we left the shop. This morning fired it up and that's when we had the problem.

Yes the head is going thru it's movement, but no printing. It's not even doing a nozzle check. I was wondering if it's the headboard.

I have had this machine for 10+ years and had never run in to this. I'm not able to even get a test print from the machine. Any ideas? Jim - Carolina Sign Source

Have you checked the fuse for the black print head?

Damn it prints! A little caveman style but will allow me to finish some jobs. The heater panel does work fine. Do you think it's the main board not allowing the display panel not to work and do you know a place with a reasonable price? Thanks!!!

I got a set of leds that light up on the main. Is there a fuse on the main or somewhere else that also may cause this? Thanks alot for your help

Thanks for your response 1 It does power up but no leds 2 None of the keys are functioning 3 I installed new cable and display panel still no response 4

When I was doing a pump, damper and etc. cleaning I dropped the display panel board and needless to say it won't lite up. I bought a new display panel and installed it and it won't lite up either. Does anybody have an idea where I can check to find out what the problem might be. Thanks - Jim...

The issue is after the cutter picks up the register marks it cuts more to the right side of the image then the left. I'm using flex to print. If you have any ideas what this could be please reply. Thanks - Jim

I'm getting the same results a little blury. It seems to be only on black lettering.

I get that around 3/4" and smaller text.

I'm having a problem with our Mutho falcon jr. I get great prints but, when I print small text I get a light spray around them which is causing it to look blury. Any ideas! Is there ever a perfect print day! Thanks

Do you know how to adjust the head?

I started doing a head wash on my Mutoh falcon jr. I'm not getting a good flow of cleaning fluid thru the color side. Not even pushing enough fliud to the waste tank. Any ideas?
