Fred I unplugged everything over night plugged everything back in today and it worked fine, but if I try again later today chances are it will play up again. Anyone have any other ideas as it is really frustrating not to be able to trust it to print when I need it Thanks

Thank you for you help Fred I have tried your suggestions but it will still not print, just the same prints the job info and target than the foil stops printing but still winds through and the vinyl stops turning. I might try uninstalling and reinstalling omega. Simon

I run omega 2.51 on windows 7 professional with no problems.

Fred I just tried right clicking on the ruler and selected mm but although it did change the rule to mm when I select the job the size is still displayed in inches. I am still trying to set omega to metric, I guess it is the set up but I cannot find it. Thanks Simon

I have had to reinstall omega 2.51 (Gerber edge FX) and now I am working in inches can anyone please tell me how to change it back to metric? Thanks Simon

With mine I take out the four screws holding the top metal plate on take out the pads and I put them under a press and squeeze the ink out, than put it back together and your ready to go again. Just be sure to line the cut outs in the pads up with the inlet.
