    We just replaced the head on our VJ1614 and the service tech could not figure out how to make the Life Times change head message go away. Its not really a problem but its really anoying. Does anyone know how to reset the timer to make the message go away?

    We have a 42" seal pro and a GBC Titan 64". The Seal is a much better machine. Thats what I'd go with.

    When making a contur cut in flexi 8 is there any way to reduce the size of the mutoh box? My graphic is to small to fill the box and its a huge waste of material.
