For the last 8 year we were working with an HP FB500 and just recently purchased a HP FB550 with the white option. We are having issues with printing the quality we should get with the Onxy profiles that we used with our FB500. Wanted to know if anyone else has had issues using the color...
I have one Epson SureColor S70670 for sale. $5500.00 o.b.o. plus shipping if necessary. The machine is 3 years old but runs like brand NEW. This is a 10 color model and has not been switched. So the next owner can switch this unit to a 8 color model if they wanted.
For more information please...
Try aligning your crop marks to the metal trim/cut bar. Than you can check to see if it is tracking straight when you load it.
OTE=iCantFeelMyLegs;1181605]Not rude at all. I'm here for help. I'm lining the edge of the media to the plastic ridges. Looking at both the front and the back. While...
Not to sound rude, but how are you aligning your print when loading your prints? We have two of those cutters here and only have problems with runs that are longer than about 96".
Currently printing large format graphics with an Agfa Anapurna M 4F. I have tried cleaning the sintra with alcohol, rapid prep and even Windex (because you know it is streak-free). Well regardless of what I use for cleaning I still get almost like a cloudy effect in my color. You can...
We have had a Multicam 48+ router sitting in our shop for quite some time now. There is also a computer to run it that has FlexiENGRAVE 2.8 loaded on it.
The owners have decided to try and get this up and running again but no one in the shop is familiar with either the router or software. Does...
The tiles that are printing incorrectly are approx. 106 5/8"w. I just figured out, for me to do this job in-house, I need to split that dimension in half and all the tiles print correctly. Go figure...but at least I can stop banging my head against my desk LOL!
Thanks for all the help.
I have tried to set the tiles up in Illustrator. I ripped the ones that were printing black and white and they are still printing that way. Any other suggestions???
I have two separate Illustrator files that I have saved as PDF files. I have ripped them in Onyx. Both files have been scaled up and each have 8 tiles. The first and last tiles are printing black and white while the remaining 6 tiles in between are printing correctly.
I have saved these files...
I am currently printing on an Agfa Anapurna. We recently started to use 1/8" Palight with a release liner, for less prep time. I was wondering if anyone had used material like this before and if they had an issue with static. Our flatbed seems to be "mis-firing" when we run this material through...
Our training went well and the trainer was a nice guy. We have already had service come back out because the original media set bar was bent when they installed the machine. He had to install the new one and re-align it to the print head.
I just need to get past printing graphics edge to edge...
Our new flatbed is being installed this week and I start my training on it tomorrow.
If anyone has any positive (or negative) feedback in regards to this piece of machinery I would like to hear it.
Thanks!
It is not a problem with the cutter. It is Illustrator and Cutting Master that are not communicating. I can open Cutting Master and send a test to the cutter and it works. I am getting a timeout message in Illustrator.
I have reinstalled Illustrator and it picked up Cutting Master but I am still getting the timeout message.
Thank you all for your efforts but I think I will just ditch the idea of using this program.
