we use DTG Azon TexPro for last 6 months and I can say that prints are great, hold up long just like screenprinted and never had any problem. White printing can be little tricky with dtg machines but you would experience 0% problems if you follow maintenance procedures.

CMYK? Didn't you say that you used spot color from roland color swatch? If you want the exact color as on color chart, I suggest you to use it as a spot color (remember to check "Convert spot Colors" in VersaWorks). Which program you are using (Corel, Illustrator...) and how do you export it...

I'm running latest VersaWorks with Vista Home, it's working fine. The only problem i have - can't upgrade VP-540 printer's firmware (it's something with Vista). But everything is working just fine.

Yap, those were the first things I tried to do. I'm not familiar with Vista as with XP, so it's really annoying knowing it's something with operating system and I can't figure out what it is. :-)
