thanks I've tried everything I can think of. On the top right hand side with the cover off,there appears to be a sort of switch that I put a piece of cardboard in to try & fool the machine the cover is on. Thanks

Thanks for the reply. I ran the machine with 3 old cartridges untill I got a new cartridge. I then did a manual clean. After I finish I pressed enter & the machine flashes all the inks empty. Anyone have a suggestion?

I must not have loaded the vinyl properly & I got a bad head strike while printing. The material clamp was knocked off. The cutter separated. I took a picture of a wire hanging off the cutter & I can't tell where it came off of . How bad is this damaged? Any help would be appreciated. Dave
