  2. Cleaning Fluid?

What is the actual chemical for regular solvent? I have hunch that PEG 400 is the ideal chemical to use, but I'm lacking refrences. Anyone informed enough to confirm? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polyethylene_glycol Wik. says that PEG 400 is used in HP printers.

It occurs on other media as well. I did the PF adjust, I am doint the micro adjust. It isn't the media, it's not the media setup.
  6. MUTOH VJ-1614 wierd problem!

Horizontal, OEM ink. I don't actually understand this bit: "Cut a sheet and rotate it 90 degrees, white lines with media or printer?"
  7. MUTOH VJ-1614 wierd problem!

I don't think that the media is skewed, because I printed many meters with it. And it didn't get any worse.
  8. MUTOH VJ-1614 wierd problem!

Haven't had the chance to try it out yet, but i'll give it a shot. I'm sure that if I'd have proper profile it would perform better. I use the MUTOH DSultra Semigloss 200g profile. Maybe the ink dries on one side diffrently, because of the heater?

  13. Print head change?

What do you make of this? The Black is a bit off. The reseller will enforce the idea of a head change for sure, but is it necessary?

  17. Roland SP-540V prints white lines

After consulting the manual, adjusting feed calib., adjusting print calib, cleaning and standing upside down beside the printer, I figured I am out of ideas how to fix this. I am getting very thin but very visible horizontal white lines in dark prints( e.g. black, dark brown etc.) The...

Thanks. But what will I do if I have 20-30 different files to print? It would take lots of extra hours :D
  19. VJ-1604 PhotoPrint SE 6.1v2

The steps from one colour to the the next usually don't come out smooth, it shows steps. In short there are visible lines between the levels of the gradient.
  20. VJ-1604 PhotoPrint SE 6.1v2

Hi guys! Whenever I am printing a gradient, it looks horrible. Any ideas?
