If you have time look into Paychex. I found they are more suitable and cost effective for smaller shops ( we also have 3 full time). ADP will rip on their customer service but they have been fine since we switched over from Quickbooks payroll in January.

we had similar problems with the V3 and went back to V1. One of our suppliers shipped us a roll of V3 the other and my installers hated me when they had to install it. We one use V1 in our shop now
