you need to keep you printing room stable; and your profile temps right

we have a xld 170; i love it ; easy to work with and you dont need to change all te files with cut contours. we cut over 8000 cubic meter in one month. low maintenance. great product.

normaly, Dye inks have a bigger gamut than Pigment inks. But dye inks fade and are for verry short use.

i have worked with onyx and wasatch, and now for 4 years with caldera (on linux ) i would not want to change anymore. Great software , easy install. it can run on win 7 with the program virtualisation. but i would reccomend the linux it is far more stable. Caldera 8.01 runs on a debian version...

i can run my vinyl 6passBi - 300 dpi , heaters almost at max, thats for me the fastest mode i have been albe to profile. But it depends on the vinyl ill guess.

Maybe your media gets deformed by the l25500 ? high curing. even the minimal wrinkle will show up when laminating

try looking for a profile, or try to make a profile. there you can set your ink saturation etc...

i did production with both, latex it is !! Media Melting ? take some time first to understand the machine and build good profiles for eatch media.

start raising the heathers. i had simulair problems on my mimaki. and if possible put a delay between the passes.maybe try changing the resolution to less (300dpi)

we stopped working with onyx rip. to many server.exe errors. make shure you got the latest drivers of the mimaki. and the drivers of your firewire ports. connect only 1 firewire printer and see if you still got the error
