We have seen the specs comparing 3M, Oracal, and Avery. Avery only has a 1 year shelf life on the vast majority of their products. 3M and Oracal have a 2 year shelf life.

What software are you designing in??? If I recall Flexi Sign PRO has a full gammet of color pallets from Pantone, 3M, Orcal and on and on for you to be able to print those colors. Not sure if other software provides that or how accurate it truly is but I would think it would be close.

What Material are you using??? From my understanding you want to cut the extra material off at a 45 degree angle from the edge of the window. Cutting it straight off with the edge of the window can lead to failures. Dan
