Yeah Curvalam...dont worry we learned the hard way also. I personally think the 3M film prints nicer side by side but when you are talking about only a one year warranty on a vehicle ClearFocus or other is the way to go for the price.

Havent tried this specific but others similar....if you are struggling, possibly because it isnt a digitally printable film. Doesnt mean impossible but......

Actually in ProductionHouse if you go through Setup/Postscript/ColorMatchingTable then go to User Defined Tab and Add, theres an area you can use a spectraphotometer and will measure out an LAB value ..... from there whatever you name it create a spot color with that EXACT name in Illustrator...

Agree with above mentioned. You may have some trouble trying to use your HVAC unit depending on how much you exhaust and the size of your room. And yes you can turn your print room into a tropical rainforest. Checkout Industrial Humidity Control.

Actually I think you would have to create a spot color because I wouldnt trust two different programs interpreting CMYK values the same.

You could get the CMYK value and plug it in if you had a measuring program...like ProfileMaker Measure Tool. I dont know what other ones are out there.

Meaning that a lot of issues I have seen and service needed comes from the printer not being used on a daily basis. Keeping 150 printheads dialed in perfectly to create smooth prints is difficult. As far as being able to run max speed it would completely depend on what you are...

Agree with all mentioned. Hybrid flatbeds are not friendly to substrates that are not COMPLETELY flat. Unfortunately its also hard to sometimes tell before its too late.
